"The aim of the Institute’s activities in compliance with the science and technology development policy determined by the state is, using scientific methods, to gain new knowledge and develop innovative technologies so that to favour the sustainable development and competitiveness of wood chemistry and polymer chemistry fields, and to realize the activities related to scientific qualification acquisition and upgrading, in compliance with the avenues of the Institute’s scientific activities."
